CFD was started in 2010 with 2 guys a rower and a wallball. 3 locations later, CFD has been the forum to bring friends together, couples, marriages, children were born, all as a result of bringing people together for a common goal. The vision of the gym was to focus on a community to make the greater Danbury area more fit. CFD is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CFD Athletics focuses on how its community can accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone - people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
